Potting Tables come in three different pot sizes and it's up to players where to find them in Hogwarts Legacy.
After unlocking the room on demand by completing the the main questYou can make the most of your personal space by brewing potions, practicing spells and planting all kinds of seeds.
As you know, each plant has a specific size in Hogwarts Legacy and can only be planted in the corresponding pot. So when you're asked to plant a large plant when you only have access to a small pot in the Room of Requirement, it's definitely going to be a slight problem.

Where to find a potting table with large pots?
To obtain some, simply buy from "Tomes and Parchments in Pré-au- lard. The store is located on the left-hand side of the town entrance, indicated by a parchment icon on the map. Here you can buy the necessary plan, which comes in two sizes: one is a potting table with a large pot that costs 1,000 galleons, while the other has two large pots and costs 3,000 galleons.
One of your first tasks in Hogwarts Legacy will be to grow Fluxweed in preparation for learning the Flipendo spell. This will be one of two tasks in the second assignment given by Professor Garlick in Botany class. You can find Fluxweed at Dogweed and Deathcap store or at The Magic Neep store in Hogsmeade.
Using the Potting Table with Large Pots in Hogwarts Legacy
The unlocking of the Room on Demand and the learning of Headmistress Weasley's three shapeshifting spells in the main quest, namely Evanesco, Conjuration and Alteration.
- Once you've entered the room using the Chimney Flame, cast the conjuration spell to open an item menu containing 12 categories.
- Then press the second icon, which corresponds to Botany (it looks like a leaf), and choose the sub-category Large Potting Tables.
- If you've bought the right plan, a potting table with one large pot or two pots will appear in the list.
- Once the table is crafted and placed in its location, interact with it to begin planting your seeds.
How to get moon stones?
It's vitally important to know that all items in the On Demand room require moonstones to be made. For example, 10 moonstones are needed to make the potting table with one large pot and 30 for the one with two large pots.
To collect it you have the following options:
- Explore the map, in particular by heading for the Hibou.
- Buy some from vendors inside and outside Hogsmeade.
- Use the Evanesco spell on useless items in the Room on Demand to convert them into moonstones.
