Authoratix Lamasu is an excellent champion for both PvE and PvP.
Having an Attack Reduction debuff on his A1 and being able to place Buff Blocking and Speed Reduction debuffs on his A2 without touching boss (which means debuffs will pass through Poison Cloud) makes Lamasu a valuable addition to your Hydra team.
