Squad Busters Spell Guide: information and tier list

Squad Busters is a free real-time multiplayer action game developed and published by Supercell for mobile (IOS and Android). Spells are very useful when playing the game, as they give you a great advantage!

What are the spells on Squad Busters?

There are two types of spells on Squad Busters:

• The classic spellsavailable for the duration of your game, regardless of the characters you choose;
• The certain character spells (certain evolutions), available only to a small number of characters.

First, I'll introduce you to the classic spells, followed by character-specific spells.

Classic spells

So I'll start by presenting the classic spells. These are the spells you can use during your entire game, no matter who you choose in your squad.

When you're new to the game, Squad Busters gives you three spells Healing, Rage and Bomb. I'll explain right away what they're for.

• The Care spell

Care Spell	Care spell description
	The Care spell looking after your squad for a limited time. Characters (units) that are fused receive even more healing with this spell.

 

• The Rage spell

Rage Spell	Description of the Rage spell
	The Rage spell hit your enemies much harder for a limited time. All your characters will be able to deliver more powerful blows to your opponents!

 

• Bombe's spell

Bomb Spell	Bomb spell description
	The Bomb spell scatter your opponents and their cause damage by sending a bomb! This allows you to divide up an opposing team, making it easier to attack.

 

So you've just discovered the usefulness of the three spells given at the start of Squad Busters. I'm now going to introduce you to the other spells you'll be able to unlock as you progress through the game. These are still classic spells.

• The fate of Canon

Canon Spell	Description of the Canon spell
	You've probably already seen cannons scattered all over the place as you play! The Cannon spell allows you to place a cannon that will inflict damage on your enemies (opponent teams and monsters). It has a long range, which can be very useful if you have several of them.

 

• The Gel spell

Spell Gel	Gel spell description
	The Freeze spell slow down your enemies in an area for a few seconds. It's a great spell for running away, or if you're looking to wipe out an opposing squad!

 

• The Lightning spell

Lightning Spell	Lightning Spell Description
	The Lightning spellattack up to three opponents with lightning strikes. Characters that are fused together take even more damage!

 

• The shrinking spell

Spell Shrinkage	Description of the Shrinkage
	The Shrink spell allows you to shrink the opposing team into small characters in a zoneto reduce damage considerably. All enemies passing through the area will shrink!

 

• Fournaise's fate

Spell Furnace	Description of the Furnace
	The Furnace spell can be used to create a furnace that will deploy fire spirits in an area who go out and find the opposing teams and attack. When the furnace is destroyed by an enemy, it releases fire spirits that will also attack enemies.

 

• Bûche's spell

Spell Log	Log Spell Description
	The Log spell allows you tosend a log rolling over your opponentswhether they're near or far. It's very handy for keeping opposing teams away from you!

This means nine classic spells currently available on Squad Busters. These are the spells you'll unlock as you play, and which you'll be able to use with all your characters.

Character spells

So you've just seen the classic spells present on Squad Busters. I'll now turn to the specific spells possessed by certain characters as they evolve. These are therefore spells that you can only play if you play with a specific character during your game.

• The fate of the Care Station

The Care Station spell (3 stars) is unlocked by the character Pam.

Spell Care Station	Description of the Care Station spell
	The Healing Station spell is similar to the Care spell (classic spell), but with the Healing Station spell, you can choose where to send the station. Once the healing station has been placed, you'll be able to recover care from a small area around it. You must, of course, be within the healing station area to recover life.

 

• The Colis Royal spell

The Royal Parcel spell (3 stars) is unlocked by the character King Royale.

	The Royal Parcel service drops a parcel where you want it to go. create an army of recruits ready to attack your opponents. They don't do much damage, but they do have a lot of life.

 

• The Skeleton Barrel spell

The Skeleton Barrel spell (3 stars) is unlocked by the character Witch.

	The Skeleton Barrel spell makes it possible to bring an army of skeletons into your squad and so inflict more damage on your enemies. They don't have much life, but there's plenty of it, which can be handy.

 

• Extreme Rage spell

The Extreme Rage spell (4 stars) is unlocked thanks to the character King of the Barbarians.

	The Extreme Rage spell is identical to the Rage spell except that it is twice as powerful! It allows you to hit your enemies much harder for a limited time.

 

• The fate of Arc-X

The Arc-X spell (4 stars) is unlocked by the character Queen of the archers.

Spell Arc-X	Arc-X spell description
	The fate of Arc-X is a structure that shoots arrows. This spell is somewhat similar to the Cannon spell, but the Arc-X spell is much different. faster (he shoots a lot more arrows).

So there are five spells available for five different characters. You can only use them if you own the character and its evolution. These are powerful spells that will make all the difference to your squad.

So I'm now going to offer you the tier list of Squad Busters spells.

The Tier List of spells on Squad Busters?

I propose a tier list of spells Squad Busters. You'll find classic spells and character spells.

We start with the Tier S, which are the best spells to have in your game:

Third
Position	Spell	Why ?
1	Extreme rage spell	Extremely good at doing enormous damage, even more so than the Rage spell, this is clearly a very good spell to have!
2	Shrinking spell	If someone passes through the area during the shrink spell, the characters shrink and weaken enormously. And even when they leave the zone, they remain small for several seconds, so it's very strong.
3	Rage Spell	It's also one of the best spells in my opinion, improving the strength of your entire squad.

 

Then there are the Tier A spells, which are also very strong, but still less powerful than Tier S :

A-tier
Position	Spell	Why ?
1	Lightning Spell	It's very strong, especially at the start of the game. But it doesn't do much damage at the end of the game. Other spells are much more effective. It can hit a maximum of three characters.
2	Care Spell	Very useful for recovering hit points when your squad is low on life. It can save your life.
3	Bomb Spell	It lets you break various resources (carrots, trees). This is especially useful for dispersing the opposing team during a fight or escape.

 

Moving on to Tier B spells useful, but cannot be played at any time :

Position	Spell	Why ?
1	Care Station Spell	It's very useful to have a small healing station nearby so you can easily regenerate your hit points. But it's not the best spell to have.
2	Log Spell	This is very useful if you want to escape a fight easily, or if you want to collect items before another team does by keeping them away.
3	Spell Gel	It's especially useful when you're being followed by an opponent, but it can't be thrown very far, so it's hard to reach enemies.
4	Arc-X Spell	It shoots much faster than the cannon, so it's very useful, and does a lot of damage.

 

Then, Tier C, with spells that are not necessarily useful, or else very limited :

Position	Spell	Why ?
1	Furnace spell	Like the cannon, it's for direct use once you've got it. It's stronger than cannon, and it gives gems, which can be useful for certain game mods.
2	Royal Mail Spell	It makes a lot of recruits appear, but they don't do much damage, so its use remains limited.

 

And finally, Tier D, with spells that I don't really find useful, or that are to be used directly :

Tier D
Position	Spell	Why ?
1	Canon Spell	It's not a spell that will make a huge difference to your game. You have to use it directly when you have it as a spell, and it's easily destroyed. It does, however, have a good range.
2	Skeleton Barrel Spell	Skeletons don't do much damage and have little life. They can be used to "occupy" the tanks of opposing teams during your battles, or to farm for gold at the start of the game.

 

You now know the best spells, and I'm going to tell you how to use them.

How to use a spell on Squad Busters?

You've probably already used a spell on Squad Busters, even without realizing it. You can use them during your game, and if you manage to collect them.

You can use a spell by clicking on the circle just below the gas pedal. You can sometimes place your spell using the joystick.

Now that you know how to use a spell, I'll show you where to view the spells/powers you have on Squad Busters.

How to view your Squad Busters spells?

As I said, you don't unlock all the spells at the start of the game. To see the spells you currently have on your account, you need to :

• Click on your profile (top left):

• Then scroll down until you find the "Spell Collection" category:

Now you can view the different spells you have.
